5 Steps to Spring Clean Your San Mateo Bathroom

If you’re like most people, cleaning your bathroom isn’t high on your list of things you want to do. However, it’s something that must be done. Make note of the following apartment cleaning tips and have your bathroom so fresh and so clean in no time:

• Use the right cleaner for the job. For instance, if you have hardened deposits, an abrasive cleaner is the way to go, and cleaners with bleach are ideal for sanitizing.
• Clean fixtures and the rim of the sink with an all purpose cleaner. Use a clean cloth for buffing.
• Spray the bathtub with an all purpose cleaner and let it sit while you clean the rest of the bathroom first. This helps to dissolve soap scum and oil.
• Utilize an abrasive scrubbing pad to remove rings on the tub and use a tile brush to scrub grout.
• Use a detachable shower head to rinse the cleaner off the tub. If you don’t have one, you can purchase an inexpensive one that attaches to your bathtub tap.
