EasilyDo

Its name says it all! This free iPhone app is like having a personal assistant in your pocket. It also offers a number of automation tools. You can link your online services such as your Facebook page, calendar, and email together. In fact, when you receive an email from someone new, the app automatically adds this person to your contacts and it can give you advance notice of important dates.

Timeful

One of the biggest things needed today is the ability to manage time more efficiently. With Timeful, you can do this rather easily. It allows you to link your calendars to each other and allows you to add to them. It lets you add new appointments and suggestions habits. It also allows you to find time to do the things you want to do by showing you where you have time to accomplish what you want to. It keeps track of your details as well including what you do and how often you do them to give you perspective on efficiency.

Evernote

You need a way to keep your notes, thoughts, and ideas organized. Evernote does a fantastic job at this. This app has some outstanding features including a very strong organization and search feature. You can also sync all of your files together in a cloud service so you can access them just about anywhere. It’s empowering.
