The CuriOdyssey Gala has got to be one of the coolest events in San Mateo.

Not only is it the Peninsula’s premier social event, drawing in guests from all around the Bay Area and Silicon Valley, but the proceeds go to support CuriOdyssey, the famous local wildlife and science center dedicated to helping children learn about the world’s environment.

Last year, the CuriOdyssey Gala brought in almost $200,000 to support the center – can you help it bring in even more for its 60th anniversary this year?

You can expect some of the finest wines and spirits around and gourmet hors d’ oeuvers when you visit the Gala. A five-star feast will be presented by La Bonne Cuisine, featuring locally-sourced ingredients.

Entertainment is provided in the form of classic jazz and blues, and finally you can bid on the live auction.

When you support CuriOdyssey, you’re supporting interactive science and wildlife exhibits, animal ambassador and wildlife programs, school science programs, and public education programs.This brings learning, education, and fun to children from all around the Bay Area.
